Frequently asked questions
How long will I have access to the course?
Access is granted for a set number of weeks (varies slightly by course). The course is intentionally scheduled for more weeks than you’ll actually need so you have built-in flexibility. As long as you purchase close to the suggested start date (usually May 1), you’ll have more than enough time to follow the schedule and review. The key is to plan your study time wisely within your access window.
Is this course enough to pass the board exams on its own?
This course is designed as a comprehensive prep tool with over 1200+ practice questions, practical exam prep, and high-yield breakdowns. While it is an excellent resource, your success will also depend on your individual study habits, consistency, and prior knowledge.
How is the course different from other prep options?
BoardPerfect ND is built by a naturopathic doctor who has gone through the exact exams you are preparing for. It’s designed specifically for Canadian NDs and aligned with the CONO exam blueprint, so you’re studying what’s most relevant.
What if I don’t pass the exam?
We know this is a stressful process, and while we cannot guarantee results (per CONO guidelines), we are committed to supporting you. If you don’t pass, let us know via email and we'll renew your subscription. Feel free to share your results breakdown and we’ll provide guidance on how to focus your studies for your next attempt. Many students find that reviewing their weak areas with our system significantly improves their confidence and readiness.
How much time should I spend studying with the course?
We recommend starting your prep about 3–4 months before your first exam (Clinical Sciences). This timeline allows you to move through all modules at a steady pace, with enough time for review and practice questions before exam day. A suggested study plan is included to guide your week-by-week progress.
Can I use this course to prepare for the NPLEX?
Yes. While BoardPerfect ND is structured around the CONO exam blueprint, the biomedical sciences and clinical sciences content overlap significantly with NPLEX Part I and II. Many students have successfully used this course as part of their NPLEX prep. If you are writing both exams, this program can serve as a strong foundation.
Do I need to attend live sessions?
No — the course is self-paced and available online. Any live Q&A sessions or bonus workshops are recorded and uploaded for your convenience.
Will the course be updated if exam formats change?
Yes. BoardPerfect ND continuously updates its content to reflect changes in exam format, guidelines, or question style so you’re always preparing with the most relevant material.
